Joining the Diminishing Dimensions program was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have lost over 60 pounds and I feel great!

I started the program in September of 1996 and by November 1997 I had lost 45 pounds. Over the last few years I have been on maintenance and without ever trying I have dropped another 20 pounds.
