"The Diminishing Dimensions program has improved my quality of life. Due to many factors, I was unable to shed the extra pounds that I had gained during my pregnancies. I was depressed about the way I looked, but unable to motivate myself to lose the weight. The best decision I ever made was to walk into Diminishing Dimensions to see what the program is all about. With the help of my wonderful nutritionist, I lost 33 pounds over a five month period, and my body fat had decreased by 10%. The truly amazing part is that unlike some of my friends, who are on other weight loss programs, I do not feel deprived and I am never hungry. I even lose weight when I am traveling and eating all meals in restaurants! Most importantly, my self-image is greatly improved. My family and friends are impressed with the new me! Thanks Diminishing Dimensions, I could never have done this without your help."

"I have always been big, going back to my teenage years. As a football player in high school and college, my weight was never really an issue. Through physical activity and weight training, I was able to keep my weight under control but as I got older, my weight got higher. I would yo-yo (lose 40, gain 60), unable to maintain a loss.
Seven months ago, at over 365 lbs., the health talk hit me. Simple things like walking up the stairs became work. I read a testimonial similar to this one about someone losing weight at Diminishing Dimensions. It was difficult for me to admit I had a problem I could not deal with myself.
From the first day, the people at Diminishing Dimensions were great. Instead of just telling me not to eat, I learned how to lose weight and keep a healthy lifestyle. There is always plenty of encouragement and I have my own individual eating plan. It's not how much you eat, but what you eat and when you eat it. I eat plenty of food and I am not hungry. I replaced my high carb, high sugar, high fat diet with a balanced one of healthy food. I read labels and make good choices. My love of exercise and weight training fit perfectly with my eating plan.
In 7 months I have lost over 70 lbs. and continue to lose. My blood pressure and cholesterol are normal and my waist is down 4 inches. More importantly. I feel great. Diminishing Dimensions works for me."

Karin Speier of Glastonbury was a size 5X. The 41 year old nurse had "tried every diet on the planet". Quite frankly, she was sick to death of dieting. Karin had 100 extra pounds on her petite 5' frame. Her blood pressure and cholesterol were up: the usual symptoms that go with being over weight.
"When I met with my nutrition counselor she asked me 'what foods can't you live without?' I immediately thought that I must be in wrong place! This is a diet counselor who cares about what I like to eat? This is when I made up my mind to make my program a lifestyle and not another diet."
Karin has lost 118 lbs at Diminishing Dimensions and has dropped from a size 5X to size 16-18. Her blood pressure and cholesterol are down and she no longer takes medication.
"Diminishing Dimensions is the smartest thing I've ever done and the best money I ever spent."

"When I first came to Diminishing Dimensions I was not at all sure it was going to work. I had tried everything and believe me when I say I had tried everything, I mean everything! I felt that it was either try this one last thing or spend the rest of my life heavy. I guess it was a point in my life where I was low enough that the only place to go was up.
Seeing their TV commercial, I made an appointment and began the most life changing journey I have ever been on. Like I said I was a real skeptic when I started, but that soon changed.
As I began the plan and found myself eating every three hours, I thought this can't possibly work, but low and behold, it did. As I started exercising and yes, there is exercise involved, the weight began melting away slowly, but surely.
I not only kept a food journal, but also got my own personal diary of achievements that I had made. There are little things like not asking for a table when going to a restaurant, but being able to sit in a booth. This used to be a BIG deal when I went out. I have more confidence, more energy , actually see my feet and , once again, love to go shopping for clothes.
While this has been a long journey, it has been a very rewarding one. I now look at food in a totally different way and am making conscious choices. It's a journey I wouldn't have missed for the world.
Thank you Diminishing Dimensions"
